AJM are my father’s initials. Mr. Arthur James Martin is the person that gave me my work ethic, perfectionist mentality, and understanding of how important it is to strive to achieve life goals. As a daddy’s girl, I can now fully appreciate the life lessons he taught me as a child. I operate AJM Catering using a combination of my father’s principles and countless church mothers along with my own mother’s techniques! Cooking is my way of showing love.
